Bloodstone : collection of 111 patches for U-he’s Dark Zebra (ZebraHZ) expansion for Zebra2.
U-he’s Dark Zebra, takes their flagship flagship soft synth, Zebra2, and takes it somewhere much darker and edgier.
With this set you are going to find warping, drifting pads and drones, grungy basses, basslines, warped leads, broken synths, percussive loops, sequences and ARP patterns. But you can warp and punish these sounds into very radical different tones and textures.
This time there is no separate WTF section, as Dark Zebra has extensive X/Y performance controls. Each sound has been carefully programmed to make use of the modwheel and the X/Y controllers – see how quickly a sound can get into WTF territory…..
Inspired by some of my current favourite soundtracks from Ben Frost, Cliff Martinez and Hildur Guðnadóttir, this set is ideal for all your dark cinematic needs. Ideal for film, game and tv composers, or those in need of some darkness and grit.
You will need a licensed version of u-he’s Zebra2 synth and Dark Zebra expansion, to use these patches.
