You will be task to create your own music track. If you do not own a DAW (Digital Audio Workstation), no worries, we have provided you with access to one. In the attached files, click on the Read First file and it will give you all the details to download your DAW. We also included a drum kit to complete you essentials to producing your music. You may choose to find a sample to create your music track or create it from scratch.
About This Class
Our music course will introduce you to music in a unique way. It is designed to help you jump start your passion in no time. We teach in a simple and easy to follow techniques. We break down the course in the following classes in a beat maker’s perspective.
Music Theory classes will go over the essentials to building melodies with the appropriate keys and tones.
Pads and Chords class will introduce you to understanding how to apply music theory to the 16 pads on a drum machine.
Piano Roll class teaches the concepts of programming keys and building melodies from a software.
Sampling class explains the art of chopping songs and reconstructing them into a new composition. The 2 part class is taught from a Wave format and step sequencer.
