Making beats is fun, but it gets monotonous when everyone is using the same recycled sounds.
I get inspired by unique sounds that are completely unheard of.
As a producer, I know what other producer look for and need when it comes to new sounds. I understand when we hear new sounds we get inspired, excited and push the boundaries. That’s exactly what I did here. I combined unique and useable with sounds that are completely alien to our ears!
PARADISE CARTEL was born.
A lot of these sounds came from organic recordings I did with my ZOOM recorder, created with synths, sampled from vinyl drum breaks, or pulled from songs and beats I’ve completed. These are the exact sounds I use in all of my beats.
Every sound gets run through a small collection of analog equipment I own along and some plugins. The analog gear part isn’t necessary but its a labor of love and passion. I want these to be the best sounds you ever own. The sounds that will make other producers say “how did they get their drums to sounds like that! Collab Bro?”
This special edition version of the kit comes with some sweet bonuses. 40 additional sounds/files.
As a producer when you’re in the studio cooking up with an artist and the energy is just right, you have to move quickly.
For me, the best way to speed up the workflow is to use midi drum files like hi-hat patterns, claps, kicks, etc. Using these files helps me get the artist in the booth quicker and get something down. This also works great when you want to speed up your own workflow when it comes to uploading beats!
If you are tired of recycled sounds and want something that sounds unique and insanely high quality, I really think this drum kit is for you. Due to piracy concerns, I am forced to sell a limited number of copies.
